Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to most countries worldwide, including the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and many other regions. At checkout, you’ll see if shipping is available to your address.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Processing time is usually 1–3 business days after your payment is confirmed.

Estimated delivery times once shipped are:

  • United States, Canada, Europe: 7–14 business days
  • Australia, New Zealand: 8–16 business days
  • Other regions: 10–20 business days

These are estimates only. Delays caused by customs, local carriers, holidays, or events beyond our control are possible.

How much is shipping? Do you offer free shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. For some regions or order values we offer free shipping promotions — please check the announcement bar, cart, or checkout page for the latest free-shipping threshold and offers.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, we’ll email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel online.You can also click Here to track your order.

Will I be charged customs duties or import taxes?

Depending on your country’s regulations, your order may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If you need to change your shipping address, item, or cancel your order, please contact us at support@niteboo.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or handed over to the carrier, we may not be able to modify or cancel it.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Our policies for handling returns, exchanges, and refunds.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, with tags and in their original packaging, and you’ll need proof of purchase.

How do I start a return?

Please email us at support@niteboo.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return label (where available) and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as they may not be accepted.

Which items are non-returnable?

According to our Refund Policy, we generally cannot accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Certain personal care items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items and gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us before you purchase or start a return.

What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately with photos and your order number so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Can I exchange an item?

The fastest way to get a different item (for example, a different design) is to return the original product. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you want.

When will I receive my refund?

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, typically within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us.

Do you offer a cooling-off period for EU customers?

Yes. For orders shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided that the item is unworn/unused, with tags and in its original packaging, and you have proof of purchase.

Are Niteboo products safe for children?

Niteboo is created for families. Our products are designed with kids in mind and use materials and structures suitable for everyday use in children’s bedrooms. However, please always:

  • Follow the safety instructions on each product page and in the user manual
  • Keep small detachable parts away from children under 3 years old
  • Use cables, adapters, and batteries as instructed

What age group are Niteboo products designed for?

Most Niteboo night lights, projectors, and plush companions are designed for children roughly 3–15 years old, but many older kids (and parents!) love them too. Always check the recommended age on the product page and packaging.

Are the lights too bright for sleep?

Our night lights and projectors are designed to create a soft, soothing glow rather than harsh lighting. Many models offer adjustable brightness levels so you can dim the light for bedtime or make it brighter for story time. Please see each product page for detailed features.

Can my child sleep with a plush or device in the bed?

Soft plush companions are generally safe when used according to the recommended age and without loose parts. For electronic devices, we recommend placing them on a stable surface next to the bed, not directly under pillows or blankets, to ensure good ventilation and safe cable management.

What kind of power do your products use?

Depending on the model, Niteboo products may be powered by:

  • USB (Type-C or Micro-USB)
  • Rechargeable internal batteries
  • Replaceable batteries

What payment methods do you accept?

Our store is powered by Shopify. We accept major credit and debit cards and commonly used payment methods such as PayPal (availability may vary by region). All payments are processed securely via Shopify’s checkout.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Your payment information is processed securely through Shopify’s payment system and is not stored in a way that Niteboo staff can access your full card details. We use secure encryption and industry-standard protections to keep your data safe.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You can check out as a guest or create an account for faster checkout, order history, and easier tracking. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account.
