Warranty Policy
Thank you for choosing Niteboo. We want every product that enters your home to feel safe, reliable, and loved. To give you extra peace of mind, all eligible Niteboo products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty.
1. Warranty Coverage
This 1-year limited warranty applies to Niteboo products purchased directly from:

-
Authorized Niteboo resellers (such as official stores on marketplaces or approved retail partners)
With valid proof of purchase, Niteboo warrants that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery.
If a covered defect arises during the warranty period, Niteboo will, at its sole discretion:

Repair the product, or

Replace it with a new or equivalent product, or

Issue a refund or store credit (in certain cases where repair or replacement is not practical)
2. Warranty Period
The warranty period is:

1 year (12 months) from the date you receive your product, according to the tracking information or purchase record.
Any repaired or replaced product is covered for the remainder of the original warranty period, or 90 days from the date of replacement/repair—whichever is longer.
3. What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage or issues caused by:

Misuse, abuse, improper handling, or neglect

Accidents (drops, impacts, crushing, spills, etc.)

Exposure to liquids beyond the product’s stated resistance level

Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly

Use with non-approved power adapters, chargers, or accessories

Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage (scratches, discoloration, minor dents that do not affect basic function)

Loss or theft of the product

Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, second-hand marketplaces, or counterfeit goods
Consumable parts and accessories such as cables, loose batteries, packaging, and decorative items may be excluded or covered under a shorter period, depending on local laws and product type.
4. How to Obtain Warranty Service
If you believe your product has a defect covered by this warranty, please contact us as soon as possible:

Our support team will guide you through troubleshooting and next steps. In some cases, we may:

For approved warranty claims, Niteboo will provide instructions for returning the product (if needed). Return shipping arrangements and costs may vary by region and will be communicated clearly before you send anything back.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law:

Niteboo’s responsibility under this warranty is limited to repair, replacement, refund, or store credit as described above.

Niteboo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of use, or any other losses arising from the use or inability to use the product.
Nothing in this warranty excludes or limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
6. Your Consumer Rights
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from country to country or region to region. Where local law provides a longer minimum warranty period than 1 year, Niteboo will comply with the applicable legal requirements.
